PassoCosa devi coprireQuanto dura
SituationCosa stava succedendo, il contesto1-2 frasi
TaskDi cosa eri responsabile1 frase
ActionCosa hai fatto tu — "I", not "we"la parte più lunga

(Situation) In my last role I looked after the support inbox for a small team. After a colleague left, the queue grew to about two hundred unanswered messages and customers were waiting three or four days for a reply.

(Task) I was asked to clear the backlog without letting new requests slip.

(Action) I sorted the queue by waiting time and by topic. Around half of the messages turned out to be the same four questions, so I wrote short template replies and asked my manager to check the wording. I answered the oldest cases first, kept the first hour of every morning for new messages only, and sent a brief holding reply to anyone I could not help the same day. I also asked the product team to rewrite the help page that was causing most of the repeat questions.

(Result) The backlog was clear in two weeks, replies went out in under a day, and the team still uses the templates.

Le risposte preconfezionate come "I am too much of a perfectionist" vengono riconosciute immediatamente e danno l'impressione di essere evasive.

Quali domande puoi fare all'intervistatore in inglese?

Tre che funzionano bene: How does the team work together day to day?, What would you expect me to have done in the first 90 days? e How is success in this role measured?
